Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed on the same business day – delivery is possible as early as the next business day. Orders placed later are processed on the next business day. Delivery – within 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

Unisend / Omniva / SmartPosti parcel lockers and Omniva, SmartPosti couriers.

Order tracking

 

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will also be able to track your shipment directly via the link provided in the aforementioned email.

REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at info@dryjoy.lt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please take photos and contact us immediately at info@dryjoy.lt. We will resolve the situation.

 

Non-returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns on opened or used items, or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at info@dryjoy.lt.
