2. PRICES AND PRODUCTS

 

All prices are in euros with VAT. Product prices and assortment may change without prior notice. Product quantities may be limited. We strive to accurately represent product colors and images, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display them accurately. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the item is out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances arise – in such a case, the money will be refunded within 5 business days.

 

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

An order is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we discover an error in pricing or product information – in such a case, we will immediately contact the buyer.

 

4. PAYMENTS

 

Payments are processed securely through the MakeCommerce.lt platform. We accept Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bank electronic banking services, as well as payment cards. All payments are made in euros. Credit card data is encrypted and not accessible to MB DryJoy. (NOT YET KNOWN)

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

The return and exchange procedure is described in detail in the Refund Policy. We apply a 30-day return period from the date of receipt of the item.

Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
